Shipping something overseas is a different animal. The rules are stricter, the handling is rougher, and the paperwork can derail a shipment that was packed perfectly. We’ve been through it enough times to know where things go sideways, and we build our international shipments to handle all of it.
Every international crate we build meets ISPM-15 standards. That means we use heat-treated lumber and stamp each crate with the IPPC mark that customs agents look for. If a crate shows up at a foreign port without that stamp, it’s getting held, fumigated, returned, or in some cases destroyed. We don’t leave that to chance.
On the transportation side, we work with our international partner Red Cargo to offer door-to-door white glove service throughout the industrialized world. That includes pickup, export crating, ocean or air freight, customs clearance support, final delivery, un-crating, setup, and debris removal at the destination. You’re not handed off from one vendor to the next hoping the baton doesn’t get dropped. We stay with the shipment.
